  •  从2019年开始,陶教授开始了漫长的与司法机关的抗争之路。2022年9月,联邦法官罗宾逊裁定陶丰被陪审团判定的三项电信欺诈罪不成立。陶丰教授从十项联邦重罪指控下降到最后一项虚假陈述的单项指控。但是,陶丰教授的家庭被这些诉讼折磨的精疲力尽,同时还负担着天价律师费用。
